All our tour and service prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country and the bank that issued your card, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and/or additional fees for international transactions. Online payment On this website you can purchase the tours and services we offer online. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment page provided by our certified payment providers, where you can complete the transaction safely. Your card details are never stored on our servers and are only entered within this secure environment. Payments, confirmations and refunds Your booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been approved by the payment gateway and you receive the confirmation voucher by email. If a payment is declined, we may request an alternative payment method or send you a secure payment link so that you can complete your booking.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the Booking and Cancellation Policy of each tour or service. When a refund applies, it will be processed through the same payment method originally used, discounting any non‑refundable bank and/or payment gateway fees. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account will depend exclusively on your bank or card issuer.
